Our Process

Teams of twelve will join together to invent a new product and undergo the following phases in this journey.

Team Building

Goal: Assemble balanced, diverse teams with complementary skills.
Activities: Team matching (5–6 students), cross-university inclusion, and defined roles (Finance, Marketing, MIS, etc.).

Ideation

Goal: Train your mind to systematically generate ideas. You can create dozens then shortlist.
Activities: Guided brainstorming, creative challenges, and mentorship sessions.
Example: Rami’s first idea grew from a simple spark from motivating friends into multiple successful platforms — showing what’s possible through Creative Jeel.

Feasibility Study

Goal: Assess the technical and practical feasibility of your idea.
Activities: Sketching, defining the MVP, and conducting business & technical research.
Output: A clear product definition, sketches, and a joint feasibility report.

Prototype & Design, Patent

Market Validation & Fit

Competitive Strategy & Business Modeling

Business Plan & Pitch Development

Goal: Present your journey and future potential effectively.
Activities: Build a pitch deck, create financial projections, and define your go-to-market strategy.
Output: A professional business plan and investor-ready pitch.

Fundraising, Marketing & Launch Strategy

Performance Review & Pivoting

Goal: Evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.
Activities: Analyze KPIs, customer feedback, market response, and operational efficiency.
Output: Strategic adjustments, optimization plans, and pivot recommendations when needed.

Course Curriculum

15 courses custom prepared by CJ. The topics are diverse, yet comprehensive. They are the vitals to master and succeed with your invention. Participants will receive a CJ Certificate of Completion.
